Setup

   Build an endpoint

   Accept POST with a JSON body carrying the title, HTML body, slug, excerpt and status. Reply 2xx once you have stored it; anything else is treated as a failure and retried.

   Connect it here

   In RepGet, open Settings → Integrations, choose Custom (webhook), and enter the endpoint URL and a signing secret you generate.

   Verify the signature

   Every request carries an HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body, keyed with your signing secret. Compare it before trusting the payload - an endpoint that skips this will accept anything anyone posts to it.

   Publish a test article

   Press Publish test article to send one real payload, so you can confirm your handler parses it before any scheduled article arrives.

If something goes wrong

• Requests are being retried

  We treat any non-2xx response as a failure. Return 200 as soon as the payload is stored, and do slower work afterwards.

• Signature never matches

  Compute the HMAC over the RAW request body, before any JSON parsing. Re-serialising the object changes the bytes and the signature will never agree.
